Public Notice

Accountable Behavioral Health Alliance (ABHA), a Behavioral Health Organization (BHO) contracted with the State of Oregon Addictions and Mental Health Division (AMD) and Pacific Source Community Solutions to administer the Oregon Health Plan Benefit in five counties is requesting proposals from qualified mental health provider agencies or group practices to develop and provide Psychiatric Day Treatment Services to children and families for ABHA members in Deschutes County.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 pm local time, May 2, 2011 (see below for date change). ABHA requests one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of each proposal to be submitted to the ABHA Operations Manager. Upon closure of submittal period, the review and evaluation of proposals will begin.  A contract award is anticipated to be on or about July 1, 2011 for an implementation date of September 1, 2011.
